Set up Bionic

Bionic is is an Adjust module partner. Our integration lets Bionic receive attribution and app event data for the following self-attributing networks:

  • Facebook

Use our basic setup instructions to turn on Adjust’s integration and send callbacks to Bionic. Then, use our advanced setup instructions to customize what information Bionic receives.

Basic setup

To turn on Adjust’s integration with Bionic, follow these steps.

  1. Find your app and select your app options caret (^)
  2. Select Partner Setup > ADD PARTNERS
  3. Select Add (+icon) next to Bionic
  4. Enter your APP ID (contact your Bionic representative for help finding this)
  5. Optional: see advanced setup to customize your callbacks
  6. Select Save

Well done! Basic setup is complete. Bionic will receive callbacks for these activities:

  • install
  • event

Choose which data Bionic receives from Adjust by customizing your setup.

Forward in-app revenue

Revenue forwarding lets Bionic receive revenue amounts along with your revenue event data.

To forward in-app revenue to Bionic, follow these steps.

  1. Find your app and select your app options caret (^)
  2. Select Partner Setup > Bionic
  3. Turn on In-App Revenue Forwarding

Now Bionic will receive the revenue amount for every tracked transaction.

 

Note: Link at least one revenue event to Bionic before turning on Revenue Forwarding

 

Forward app events

Event linking lets Bionic receive app event data. You can link every app event in Adjust to a preset Bionic name or a custom event name.

To forward app events to Bionic, follow these steps.

  1. Find your app and select your app options caret (^)
  2. Select Partner Setup >Bionic > Event Linking
  3. Find the event you want to link and update the field with a Bionic event or your own custom name
  4. When you finish linking events, select OK
  5. Select Save

Now Bionic will receive app event data for each of your linked events.

Partner specific setup instructions

Bionic only receives data on filtered Facebook traffic. This is designed so that you can manage your Bionic Facebook traffic separately from other Facebook campaigns that you might be running.

Only Facebook campaigns that are named to include the keyword bionic will be transmitted to Bionic. That is, you must include the keyword in the campaign name of each campaign that you want to manage with Bionic. Campaigns that do not include the keyword will not be transmitted to Bionic.
