Your Data
The Your Data tab is where you manage your account information and user details.

Users with admin access can view and make changes to the account's login details, general information, and billing address.

Users with editor, reader, or custom access can view or edit their user details. For more details on permission levels, see our article on user permissions.

Edit user details

User details include your:
  • First and last name
  • Preferred language
  • Preferred time zone
  • Email address
  • Password
  • API token (for account users in a Business Pro or higher pricing plan)
To change your name, preferred language setting, and/or time zone, follow these steps.
  1. Select MENU > My Account
  2. Select Edit (pencil icon)
  3. Enter your first/last name and/or select your preferred language/time zone
  4. Select UPDATE
Your changes are complete.

Change login email

To change your login email, follow these steps.
  1. Select MENU > My Account
  2. Select Edit (pencil icon)
  3. Select your current login email address
  4. Enter your new login email address
  5. Select SAVE
Adjust will send a verification message to your new login email address. Follow the email instructions to finish changing your login email.

Your current login email will continue to work until the new address is verified.

Change password

For security purposes, we encourage you to change your password regularly.

To change your password, follow these steps.
  1. Select MENU > My Account
  2. Select Edit (pencil icon)
  3. Select Change Password
  4. Enter your current password, new password, and new password confirmation
  5. Select SAVE
Now that your password is changed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Adjust.

Reset API token

API tokens allow you to securely access information through Adjust’s APIs. This is only available with a Business Pro (or higher) pricing plan.

To reset your API token, follow these steps.
  1. Select MENU > My Account
  2. Select Edit (pencil icon)
  3. Select RESET
  4. Enter your current password and select the checkmark to confirm your reset
  5. Select the checkmark to close
Now that your API token is reset, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Adjust.
