Deliverables

The Deliverables view is the first place you land when entering your app’s statistics page in the Adjust dashboard. With our unlimited data lookback window, it provides a comprehensive overview of what makes your product and your campaigns tick.

From the number of impressions, clicks, and installs to overall revenue, user lifetime value (LTV), and measurement of individual in-app events, the deliverables view is an essential insight into your app’s and your advertising campaigns’ performance.

Customize this view to display your most important data and use it to download instant reports and receive periodic email updates.

View your deliverables

In the Adjust dashboard

  1. Navigate to your app and select your app options caret (^)
  2. Select Statistics
The Deliverables view will appear, and you can jump back to it anytime by selecting the tab at the top of the view.

What you will see in your deliverables view

By default, your deliverables view shows data from the current month. Each row contains a source-level tracker, sorted by installs in descending order. Each column contains a key performance indicator (KPI), which can either be an attribution detail or in-app event.

Down the left-hand column of the table, you will find all your source-level trackers. The search field at the top of the column allows you to search for a specific Adjust tracker. When you click on a tracker, you will be directed to the next sublevel tracker(s), if there are any. In this way, you can drill down through your attribution data to the lowest (creative) level.

The Organic tracker is automatically generated and contains organic installs and installs that cannot be attributed to any of your Adjust trackers. If you are running click and impression campaigns and you select either Clicks or Impressions in the ATTRIBUTION TYPE filter, the non-selected attribution type will also be attributed to your Organic tracker.

Each column in the table contains one of your KPIs, which comprise attribution details and custom in-app events. See the deliverables KPIs section for more details.

Above the table, in the center, you will see a timeframe. By default, it will be This month. The drop-down menu allows you to select an alternative preset or custom timeframe.

Above and to the right of the table, there are four icons. From left to right, these are:

  • Create View
  • Download CSV
  • Toggle View
  • Filter

Deliverables KPIs

This is where you will find all the KPIs and custom events available for your deliverables analysis. Select or deselect columns to determine the data that appears in your table.

The KPIs listed below appear in the default deliverables view. You can also add these KPIs to your cost or fraud view by selecting Column Selection in the filters sidebar.

Impressions

An impression is any mobile ad view recorded by an Adjust tracker URL.

If you have integrated an impression tracker URL with an ad network, then this column contains the total number of ad impressions reported for each campaign. Unless you have enabled impression-based device matching or impression-based fingerprinting in your Adjust dashboard, Adjust will not attribute any of your users to any ad impressions.

Impression-based installs are included in your install numbers only if you have selected Impressions or All engagements in the ENGAGEMENT TYPE filter.

CTR (Click-through rate)

Adjust calculates CTR as the ratio of clicks to impressions: clicks / impressions. This means that this column displays the average number of impressions served per click.

Clicks

This column displays the total number of clicks on Adjust tracker links from your campaigns. Networks that are tracked through API integration will not display clicks. These partners require this as part of their agreement with Adjust. Instead, you can view this information through the respective partner’s platform.

Installs

In this column, you will see the total number of installs that have occurred within your selected timeframe. Adjust defines an install as the first time a user opens your app and initializes our SDK.

Uninstalls

Here you will see the total number of uninstalls that have occurred within your selected timeframe.

Note: Only available if you have purchased our uninstall and reinstall tracking package. For more information, please contact sales@adjust.com.

Reinstalls

This shows the total number of reinstalls that have occurred within your selected timeframe.

Ad Revenue

This column reflects the total revenue paid to publishers for allowing a partner or network to serve ad impressions in their apps.

Note: Only available if you have purchased our ad revenue package. For more information, please contact sales@adjust.com.

Ad RPM (Ad Revenue per Mille Impressions)

This shows your ad revenue per thousand impressions. It is calculated as ad revenue/ad impressions * 1000.

Note: Only available if you have purchased our ad revenue package. For more information, please contact sales@adjust.com.

LAT rate

LAT stands for Limit Ad Tracking, and the LAT Rate tells you what proportion of your installs are from users with LAT enabled on their devices: total LAT installs / total installs.

Conversion rate

This tells you how many clicks it takes, on average, for a user to install your app. It is calculated as installs / clicks (weighted by clicks).

Reattributions

Reattributions are all users that have been reassigned to an Adjust-tracked source following an install. This column displays the total number of reattributions that have occurred within your selected timeframe.

For a user to be eligible for reattribution, they must become completely inactive for a defined time period, which you set within your Adjust dashboard. To view and edit your inactive user definition and reattribution window settings, navigate as follows: All Settings > Attribution > Reattribution.

Deattributions

Deattributions are all users who have left their install tracker, i.e., been reassigned to subsequent sources of attribution. This column displays the total number of deattributions that have occurred within your selected timeframe.

This KPI is tied to Adjust's attribution source filter and is only available to those with an Enterprise pricing plan.

Sessions

A session is defined as every time a user opens your app after at least 30 minutes of inactivity. This column displays the total number of sessions (this also includes installs, i.e., first sessions, and reinstall, reattribution, and reattribution reinstall sessions) that have occurred within your selected timeframe.

Rev. events

The total number of revenue events that have been triggered within your selected timeframe appear here. To track in-app transactions, you must set up revenue events when integrating the Adjust SDK into your app.

This column displays the total revenue your app has generated from users who installed your app within your selected timeframe. It is based on the tracked revenue events reported by the Adjust SDK or as recorded via server-to-server event tracking.

For this calculation to be accurate and helpful, ensure that your timeframe comprises more than one day.

For this calculation to be accurate and helpful, ensure that your timeframe comprises more than one month.

GDPR forgets

The total number of users who have exercised their right to be forgotten. Adjust permanently deletes the historical personal data for all of these users but retains their aggregated data for dashboard reporting. Their device data will no longer be received by Adjust or appear anywhere in the Adjust dashboard in the future.

Custom events

All events that you have correctly integrated appear in the Column Selection page.

If you have set up an event and it does not appear here, it is not being tracked by Adjust.

Every time a user triggered a custom in-app event within the timeframe you have selected, it will contribute to the total figure that appears in that event’s column.

Additional KPIs

You can add any other KPIs, including for fraud and cost, to your table to create a customized view.
