Growth Copilot

Important:

Growth Copilot is currently in Early Access. Speak with your Adjust representative or contact sales@adjust.com to get this added to your package.

Growth Copilot is an AI solution for marketers that's integrated directly into Adjust dashboard. Using your aggregated data, Copilot can answer questions and generate insights in natural language to provide conversational analytics.

  • Turn measurement data into decisions by translating aggregated Adjust data into clear, actionable insights without manual reporting
  • Use deep research mode for more comprehensive answers on complex questions
  • Schedule reports with Pulse for a fully automated cadence

What does Copilot do?

Growth Copilot helps marketers explore their performance data by asking questions instead of relying solely on dashboards and reports. Copilot pulls relevant data, analyzes it, and returns either a report or a concrete textual answer summarizing what it found. Copilot uses OpenAI as a model provider.

Copilot is integrated directly into the Adjust dashboard so you can explore your data without switching tools. When you ask a question, Copilot:

  1. Pulls the relevant aggregated measurement data
  2. Chooses the best response mode for your request
  3. Analyzes the data and returns either a report or text answer
  4. Suggests follow-up questions so you can continue the analysis

Copilot is designed for both quick answers and deeper investigation. Depending on your question, it can return a ready-made report, explain what changed in your data, or run a more advanced multi-step analysis.

Copilot modes

Copilot supports three modes for answering questions:

  1. Report mode for when you want data
  2. Anaylsis mode for when you want an explanation
  3. Research mode for when you want an investigation

Report and Analysis mode are selected based on your question. Research mode only runs when you turn it on.

Report mode

Best for: pulling a specific dataset, table, or view of performance data.

Use Report mode when you already know what you want to see and need Copilot to generate the right report quickly. Copilot can create a Datascape report based on the dimensions, metrics, and timeframe in your request.

For example:

  • Build me a report on campaign performance last week
  • Show installs, cost, and CTR by campaign for the last 30 days
  • Create a report comparing iOS and Android performance by country

Analysis mode

Best for: understanding what happened in a single dataset.

Use Analysis mode when you want Copilot to interpret a report for you and explain the key trends or changes for you in plain language.

Questions you can ask:

  • Analyze the retention drop last week?
  • What changed in campaign performance yesterday?
  • Which partners drove the biggest increase in installs this month?

Research mode

Best for: deeper investigations that require multiple reports, comparisons, or multi-step reasoning.

Use Research mode for more complex questions that can’t be answered from one dataset alone, such as performance diagnosis, forecasting, or investigating multiple possible drivers at once.

To activate the research mode user-triggered, meaning you can toggle it for a specific message before sending it, and can rerun research mode for any past message.

Example prompts:

  • Analyze which variables had the strongest impact on CPI this quarter
  • Research why ROAS declined over the last 3 weeks
Tip:

Since research mode answers can take longer to process, this mode is best used when paired with scheduled reports. This way Copilot can run in the background and then delivers your report at a predefined time, so you're not kept waiting.

Scheduled reports with Pulse

If you have Pulse enabled on your account, users can schedule AI reporting so Copilot generates reports to be ready at a scheduled time. Scheduled reports support:

  • Alerting-style reports
  • Opportunity and performance summaries
  • Regular reporting via automation
