Attribution data policies

Adjust SDKs can provide attribution and source data to your app. You can use this information to customize your app experience and support source-specific features or onboarding flows.

Handle attribution data responsibly

Treat attribution data received through the Adjust SDK with the same care as attribution data received through server-to-server callbacks. Data transmitted through these interfaces may be confidential under agreements with traffic partners, including Meta (Facebook) terms and conditions.

You are responsible for how you use and share attribution data that is transmitted through these interfaces.

Requirements for Meta attribution data

If you receive Meta attribution data in your app and forward it to a third-party service or SDK, filter detailed data—including campaign and ad-group IDs—to a single Facebook label before forwarding it. Third parties must not have access to Meta targeting data in association with device IDs.
