1. View your uninstall and reinstall data

Once you start to receive uninstall and reinstall information from your app, you can view it in Adjust. Use Adjust's built-in tools to get a quick overview of how your app is performing.

Key uninstall and reinstall metrics

You can report on key metrics to get insight into how many users are uninstalling and reinstalling your app. The most important metrics for uninstall and reinstall measurement are:

Uninstalls
Uninstalls (cohort)
Reinstalls
Reattribution reinstalls

To view your data in Datascape, follow these steps.

Select Datascape > Dashboards > Overview to access the Overview dashboard.
The KPIs widget is displayed by default. Select the button (Edit) to enter edit mode.
Select your metrics from the Deliverable KPIs section in the metric dropdown menus.
Select Save.

You can add or remove Datascape metrics from your KPIs widget as needed. For more information, check out the Overview dashboard guide.

Cohorted metrics

Use cohorted metrics to display cohorted data about your app's users. This gives you insight into how your users' behavior changes over time. The most important cohorted metrics are:

Uninstalls
Reinstalls

To view your data in Datascape, follow these steps.

Select Datascape > Dashboards > Overview to access the overview dashboard.
The KPIs widget is displayed by default. Select the button (Edit) to enter edit mode.
Select your metrics from the Cohorted performance section in the metric dropdown menus.
Select Save.

Segment users for targeting (optional)

Use Audience Builder to create lists of users filtered by conditions you set.

Requirements

You need the Audiences Growth Solution to use Audience Builder. For more information, contact sales@adjust.com.
You need Admin or Editor permissions to use Audience Builder.

After you set up an audience, or edit an existing one, use the following conditions to filter the users in your audience as needed. The filters used for uninstall and reinstall recording are:

App Status
- Uninstalled
- Reinstalled
Uninstall Time
Reinstall Time
