Mediation platform revenue API connections

Adjust has integrations with numerous mediation platforms that let you retrieve user-level aggregated ad revenue data and record revenue generated from impressions for your campaigns.

To start retrieving ad revenue from a mediation platform, you need to connect your account with the mediation partner to your Adjust account. This lets Adjust pull user-level aggregated ad revenue data directly from their API. You can then use Datascape to build customizable and granular reports.

Solution benefits

  • Easy to set up.
  • Use this solution if you don't need to view ad revenue data in real-time.
  • The supported mediation platforms refine the ad revenue data and provide it with as much accuracy as possible.

Supported mediation platforms

  • AdMost
  • AppLovin MAX
    • AppLovin MAX's integration with Facebook bidding includes your Facebook estimated bid figures calculated by MAX.
  • TopOn

How it works

  1. The Adjust servers schedule the daily collection of ad revenue data from mediation platforms.
  2. Mediation platforms generate a report with device-level aggregated ad revenue data from the networks, and send it to the Adjust server.
  3. Clients can see ad revenue data in Datascape, receive it through raw data exports, or pull data through the Report Service API.

Data lookback window

Ad revenue data is provided and may also be refined by the mediation platform so it can change over a period of a few days. So, Adjust pulls ad revenue data from mediation platforms daily for up to 4 days, depending on the mediation platform, and may update data retroactively for these days with every new pull. Additionally, you can request Adjust to refetch and ingest your data.

If you want to optimize your campaigns in real-time, refer to the ad revenue SDK-to-SDK solution, if this is available for the mediation platform.

Get started

  1. Set up an app.
  2. Connect your mediation platform to Adjust in DataWorks, or share the required details with your Account Manager to activate the integration in Adjust.
  3. As your campaigns are live, ad revenue data will appear in Datascape.
Note:
Ad revenue through API connections is pulled on an account level. This means if you've configured ad revenue collection via API for an Android app and via SDK for your iOS app, you will also still receive iOS data through the API connection.
To avoid duplicates and refine your dataset to just what you need, you can use the Ad Revenue Sources filter. This can be applied in Datascape reports, partner data sharing settings, or in your Conversion Hub mapping settings.
