Connect partner credentials

In Connections, you can connect Adjust to different partners for additional reporting services. This lets Adjust pull data from the connected partner to display alongside Adjust-recorded data, giving you a comprehensive view of your data.

Before you begin

Here's what you need to know before getting started.

Requirements

  • Users with Admin, Editor, or Custom Editor permissions can add a connection.
    • Users with Admin permissions can disable or delete any connection.
    • Users with Editor and Custom Editor permissions can disable or delete the connections that they've added.

Connect an account

There are two methods to connect an account in Adjust. The specific partner and type of service you want to use determines the setup.

Note:
Some partners need to be set up internally by Adjust before they can be activated. Check which partners are affected in the Availability column of the Partner connections table. Contact support@adjust.com to continue the setup process.

To connect an account, follow these steps.

  1. Under DataWorks, select Connections.
  2. Select New Connection.
  3. Select the partner of your choice.
  4. Select the services that you want to connect.
  5. Provide credentials for the network.
  6. Select Connect.

Your account is now connected to Adjust.

    • (Gray hyphen icon) indicates that account is inactive.
  • The date that the connection was created on.
  • Status of the services:
    • OK - Service is connected.

Available tasks

  • Add an ad account for the selected partner - Select New connection, and follow the steps under Connect an account.

  • Activate or deactivate a connection - Turn the toggle on / off to activate or deactivate a connection.

    • Active connection - A connection is active when you have entered valid credentials and turned on the toggle under Actions. This allows Adjust to pull data from that account.
    • Inactive connection - A connection is inactive when you have turned off an active connection by turning off the toggle under Actions. This means that Adjust does not collect any data from that account.
  • Add, edit, or remove a service for an existing connection - Select (Delete icon) to delete the connection. You can then choose to connect the services you want by following the steps under Connect an account.

  • Refresh list of sub-accounts of the account - For accounts that have sub-accounts, select (Refresh icon) to refresh the list.
