SKAN conversion value mapping for partners

As a partner with an integration with Adjust, you can receive conversion value mappings from advertisers within the SKAdNetwork attribution flow. This lets you optimize campaigns within the network itself.

Over 20 partners, including AppLovin, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok, receive conversion value mappings from advertisers.

How it works

Advertisers can set up sharing of conversion value mapping and choose what data they want to share with which partner. Partners need to use the Conversion Value Mapping API to collect conversion value mapping data.

Advertiser-side setup

Before you can receive conversion value mapping data, the advertiser needs to do the following:

  1. Set up SKAdNetwork in the Adjust SDK.
  2. Verify App ID.
  3. Configure mappings in the Adjust Conversion Hub.
  4. (Optional) Check support for S2S events.

Partner-side setup

Use the conversion value mapping API to receive conversion value data about custom events that the advertiser wants to share with you. You might find that the API returns incomplete information. This is by design, and you need to ignore any conversion values that are not defined in the mapping.

Note:
When you request for conversion value mapping, you receive data that is live at the time of your request. For updated data, you need to use the API to fetch mapping for each app again. Your advertiser can reconfigure the conversion value events in AppView at any time, and the same conversion value could point to different custom events.

If the advertiser has not set up conversion value mapping correctly, the conversion value mapping API responds with an error code.
