Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-on (SSO) lets users securely sign into multiple applications and websites using a single set of credentials. SSO makes password management easier, reduces security risk, and makes it fast and convenient to move between applications. You can scale IT infrastructure without worrying about escalating administrator tasks and user access issues.

After you have set up SSO, note the following points:

  • You cannot retrieve or reset API tokens from your Adjust account. Reach out to your dedicated support team or support@adjust.com.
  • If your team has granted access to users on non-SSO domains, such as advertising agencies, those users can log in to Adjust directly.
  • If you have also enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you need to manage 2FA through your identity provider (IDP). For users on non-SSO domains, Adjust will continue to manage 2FA.
