Manage your company profile

The Company profile area is where you can find important details such as the account's registered address and invoicing setup.

To access the Company profile area:

  1. Hover over (Profile icon).
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Select the Company profile tab.

Change your settings

  • Only Admins can make changes to your company profile.

Timezone

Timezone is saved at the account-level, not the user-level. This is important for accurate and consistent data reporting and review of events in your account history.

We recommend to use the timezone that your company headquarters operates in. You can change your timezone at any time.

Invoice address

Your invoice address is the registered address to which billing information for your account is sent. You can change your invoice address at any time.

Payment method

You can only see payment method details in the dashboard if you pay using Credit Card. Accounts that pay by Invoice only see the invoice address.

Adjust accepts Visa, American Express, and MasterCard for payment. We never store your credit card data and can never access your sensitive information. All transactions are performed through Braintree, a PCI 3.0-compliant payment processor.
