With Adjust's SKAdNetwork integration with Facebook, you can use the Adjust SDK to manage conversion values in your app and optimize Facebook SKAdNetwork campaigns based on Adjust events. Here, you'll find out how to share your conversion value mapping with Facebook for optimization.

To use the Facebook SDK for any SKAdNetwork feature, such as managing the conversion value, check Facebook's guidelines or reach out to your Facebook representative.

Before you begin

Here's what you need to know before getting started.


  • Enabled Facebook partner module in the Adjust Dashboard
  • Your Facebook account connected in Partner Ad Accounts
    • Adjust uses your credentials to pull SKAdNetwork data from Facebook's API. If your account is not connected, you will not see SKAdNetwork reporting.

Share conversion value mapping with Facebook

1. Link your events

To share your conversion value mapping with Facebook, first make sure that you have linked your Adjust events to standard Facebook events in the Adjust Dashboard.

Use the resources below to find a guide on how to set up event linking, and Facebook documentation about their supported standard events.

2. Enable conversion value management

You can manage the conversion values for up to 6 of your existing in-app events. To turn on conversion value management and select the event, follow the steps below.

  1. Find your app and select the app option caret (^).
  2. Select All Settings > iOS 14 support > SKAdNetwork settings.
  3. Turn ON Conversion value management.
  4. Add up to 6 events.
  5. Select Save.

3. Share your conversion value mappings with Facebook

To complete setup, you need to provide Facebook with a link to your conversion value mappings. Facebook calls this your Connection URL.

To find and copy your Connection URL, follow these steps in the Adjust Dashboard:

  1. Find your app and select the app option caret (^).
  2. Select All Settings > iOS 14 support > SKAdNetwork settings.
  3. Go to Share conversion value mappings.
  4. Find your Connection URL.
  5. Select Copy (clipboard icon).

Now, go to Facebook Ads Manager > Connect to Your MMP and paste your URL. After adding the Adjust Connection URL, Facebook's SKAdNetwork conversion value support is automatically switched off and lets Adjust handle the conversion values.

Currently, Adjust shares with Facebook both the event mapping for SKAdNetwork campaigns and the event data for normal SAN attribution.

SKAdNetwork install reporting

To receive SKAdNetwork reporting data, Adjust uses your Facebook account credentials to make requests to the Facebook Insights API. This means you need to link your Facebook Ads account to the Adjust dashboard in Partner Ad Accounts.

To link your account, follow these steps.

  1. In Adjust, select MENU.
  2. Select Partner Ad Accounts > Facebook.
  3. Select ADD ACCOUNT
  4. Enter your login credentials.
  5. Confirm that Adjust can manage your ads.

When you add your Facebook Ads account, Adjust also pulls Facebook ad spend data alongside your SKAdNetwork data. Currently there is no way to turn this off.

Facebook does not send Adjust the full SKAdNetwork install payload, meaning that some datapoints are not available in the Adjust Data Canvas or your raw data. Use the table below to see exactly what data you can expect to see from your Facebook SKAdNetwork campaign reporting.
